The below instructions are essential to ensure that you comply with the publication requirements set by IEEE in order for your paper(s) to be included in the conference proceedings and published and indexed by IEEE.

The deadline for Registration, Ready Camera Submissions and Copyright forms is moved to one date that is Monday 10th October 2016 (Midnight), so:

In order to complete the Ready Camera and copyright forms submissions, please use this AICCSA 2016 dedicated submission (all-in-one) system to do so, by completing all required fields:

Please note that the Camera Ready paper version needs to be IEEE eXpress PDF compatible, otherwise, your paper will be not go ahead for publication. To convert and test your paper is IEEE eXpress Compatible, you need to do it via this URL link: http://www.pdf-express.org

Please refer to “AICCSA 2016 Updates: Ready Camera, Copyright Submission and Registration” email to get the conference ID needed for the IEEE eXpress. You need to create an account using the conference ID and a valid email address & password, then follow the instruction to convert your paper to be IEEE eXpress compatible PDF.

For the Copyright, please complete the official IEEE copyright form and upload it to the submission system. You can find the form directly through this official link:

General Important instructions and Reminders:

1. Please note that you have to have registered and obtained the registration confirmation code to be able to complete the submission of Ready Camera version and Copyright forms.

2. Please select the same track of the original submission with the original PaperID number using this to name your File (RC_PaperID). This also applies even for those papers that have been transferred to workshops, PhD Forum or Posters&Demo.

3. Please avoid multiple submissions of the same paper

Regular Full Papers

Please make sure you conform to the formatting guidelines, where Manuscripts must be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column format. All papers should be in PDF format. A full paper must not exceed the stated length of 8 pages (including all figures, tables and references).

Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, will be charged $100 per page, and should be purchased at registration time.

Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings, to prepare your revised manuscript.
