The general Track Co-Chairs and the conference organizing committee is not responsible if your paper is omitted from the proceedings, is not available online on IEEE Xplore, or is subject to additional processing costs, if the following steps are not performed.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
The deadline for the authors early registration is Oct 28, 2021 (AoE time).
The deadline for Camera Ready submissions & Copyright forms is Oct 28, 2021 (AoE time).
The following instructions are essential to ensure that you comply with the publication requirements set by IEEE so that your paper(s) is included in the conference proceedings and published and indexed by IEEE.
The camera-ready paper version needs to be IEEE PDF eXpress compatible, otherwise, your paper will not go ahead for publication. On the following website, you can find the author instructions for camera-ready submission:

1. Please respect the paper formatting instructions including paper length:

Regular Full Conference Papers
Please make sure you conform to the formatting guidelines, where Manuscripts must be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column format. All papers should be in PDF format. A full paper must not exceed the stated length of 8 pages (including all figures, tables and references). 
Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, will be charged $100 per page, and should be purchased at registration time.
Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings, to prepare your revised manuscript. http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
Please, DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission. Verify/Convert your document to be IEEE Xplore--compatible PDF. Please use the recommended Template(s) when preparing your camera-ready version, and convert your manuscript to PDF document.

Workshops Papers
Please make sure you conform to the formatting guidelines, where Manuscripts must be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5" x 11" two-column format. All papers should be in PDF format. A full paper must not exceed the stated length of 6 pages (including all figures, tables and references).

We advise authors NOT to wait until to the last minute to start this process so that if there are any issues, they can be solved in time.

2. Registration
---------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you very much for registering to participate in the AICCSA 2021 Conference.

A confirmation e-mail with your registration number will be sent after you successfully complete the registration process. Please keep the registration number until the conference and refer to it when you make inquiries to the AICCSA 2021 Conference Organizers.

Registration for Authors and Attendees
Obligatory registration deadline for presenters: 21 November, 2021Please note that papers will not be included in the program and proceeding unless at least one author of the paper registers and pays the registration fee by the deadline above.

- The number of pages is limited to 8 for one paper at AICCSA 2021 conference and up to 6 pages for workshops.
- Up to 2 extra pages are allowed per paper, and will be charged $100 per page.
- It is obligatory for at least one author to register, attend the conferences/workshops, and present his/her paper.
- Every paper needs to have at least one author presenting the paper.

For authors with multiple papers, you can contact us to obtain the multiple paper discount.

Please note that if at least one author does not register by 21 November, 2021 the paper will be automatically removed from the conference proceedings and technical program.

The AICCSA 2021 conference registration includes access to the scientific program and conference material according to the program.

Students are required to send along a proof of their status.

Please note that for every paper, there has to be at least one author registration before the deadline (Oct 28, 2021). Attendees can register anytime (however, after Oct 28, there may be a late fee added to the registration).
